Wilsun custom tack trunk covers offer both style and function around the barn and showgrounds. While our standard options are tailored to fit popular trunk brands like Husky and Stanley, we can create custom covers for any style and size tack trunk as well – just include the dimensions in your order notes.
Choose between durable Cordura or upgrade to Sunbrella for superior fade resistance and long-lasting performance. If you don’t see your preferred Cordura or Sunbrella color, let us know what you’re looking for and we can likely source it for you.
You can further customize your trunk cover with optional features such as a padded top and single or double piping. Personalize it with a monogram, name, logo or custom color combination. Embroidered names are placed on the top, while logos appear on the front (as shown in the photos). If you prefer a different embroidery layout, just let us know in your order notes.

Ordered a custom tack trunk cover for homemade trunk. Ordering was super easy and Andrea confirmed all the details and even verified the non-standard placement of the handles. The cover is absolutely perfect and the quality is amazing. Being new to the equestrian world, I didn't realize that things are made exactly to the measurements provided so in retrospect, I should have added a 1/2" to my measurements because this fits snugger than squeezing into a sexy dress you bought when you were 10 pounds lighter.
Wilsun has a great selection of fabrics, colors, and fonts. My new garment bag, boot bag, and helmet bag were delivered in a timely manner and the products are super high quality.
I made a custom sized tack trunk and wasn’t sure if I could get a well fitting cover. I was able to call in the order which I appreciated. Andrea and Mike even called to confirm because they caught a mistake in my measurements. I am happy to say that the fit is absolutely perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better result. The stitching is perfect and the embroidery was done very well. The picture shows some bunching, which is to be expected with such a large area of stitching however in person it looks amazing. We have gotten nothing but compliments from everyone at the barn. Rest assured next time we need a cover I will be calling again.

The custom cover I got looks amazing!! Very happy with it and the logo on the front. The only thing that can be annoying is when you open your trunk the cover just completely falls to the ground... not really a design flaw but I took sticky velcro and put it on my trunk walls and the inside of the cover so that way it stays up and attached to my trunk when i open and close it but can still take it off to clean it. They also got it designed and shipped to me in just a few weeks so I could have it for my first show back!
